01 Cutting & bending

Precise sheet cutting and bending to order.

We cut stainless steel with CNC laser and plasma, then bend parts on press brakes. We produce parts from your drawing or file (DXF, STEP, DWG), in single pieces and in serial production.

02 Welding & structures

Welded structures and assemblies.

We carry out TIG and MIG/MAG welding, welded structures, frames, tanks and stainless steel assemblies. We weld to procedures compliant with EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834, with certified welders.

03 Machining, finishing & delivery

Finished parts with documentation.

We complete production with machining, grinding and polishing, and assembly of finished sub-assemblies. Every order ends with quality control, material documentation and packaging for transport across Europe.

Machine park

CNC fiber laser

High-precision laser cutting of sheets up to 16 mm. Designed for AISI 304 and 316, aluminium and carbon steel.

CNC plasma cutter

Plasma cutting of thicker sections up to 25 mm. Ideal for structural and heavy-gauge parts.

CNC press brake

Precise bending of sheet and plate up to 3,000 mm long. Multiple tool sets for complex profiles.

CNC tube bender

Mandrel bending of round and square tube up to Ø 76 mm. For frames, profiles and structural parts.

TIG and MIG welding stations

Multiple TIG stations for precise orbital welding of stainless steel. MIG/MAG for structural and serial work.

Belt grinding and polishing line

Surface finishing from raw to mirror. Satin (No. 4), brushed (No. 6) and mirror (No. 8) finishes.

Send drawings, files (DXF/STEP/DWG), steel grade, quantities and deadline. We respond within 48 hours.

Quotation and review

We check feasibility, suggest optimisations and confirm the price and lead time.

Production

Cutting, bending, welding and machining in our shop. We handle single parts, series and contracts.

Inspection and documentation

Every part is dimensionally checked. We provide material certificates and required documentation.

Delivery

Packaging and transport of finished parts to your address in Poland and across Europe.
